hello, i am from jersey. my name is paul. i hope to get even more healthy here! no boasting but an interesting thing happened to me the other day. just 3 months ago, at my doctors i was told i have very very high fat content in my blood, not enough good fat in my blood, high triglycerides, and possible high sugar as well as high blood pressure! i have a lot of faith in god, so in my depression, i didnt change any of my habits and away i went with my same lifestyle of over indulgence. now for the kicker! i went to the doctors 2 days ago, and 3 weeks ago i got bloodwork done. the results were in. now for the unbelievable part. the doctor was astonished not only was my cholestoral fine, but no high sugar content, the triglycerides were down from 950 to 340 <still a little high> the good cholestoral was at a good level, and no high blood pressure! my doctor was dumfounded. 1 of 2 things may have happened. 1, they mixed up my results? <highly unlikely>, or as i stated earlier, faith. it was all god in my opinion. now it is my turn to keep up what has been set before me, i will work these programs to keep what has been given to me. this is all true, no sense in making up a story like this. so i will take the baton and run my part in the race. paulebee
