Hello im a 16 year old male 5'8 130 pounds im looking for a work out plan that might help me get in shape my stomache is flat i guess im hoping to get like a 6 pack i have access to weights at school during gym and after school i have a tredmill at home also looking for stuff i can buy and eat during school and at home breakfast and such.

I didnt want to sound like another small kid trying to get cut i have a potentially good body to form
and im very dedicated to eat and do what it takes highschool is a time that makes u think about urself and care about ur self . thats what i want to do
