Hello,
My name is Stephanie I am a mom of two and am about 30 pounds over weight, unhappy and stressed out. I need support to do this program and looking to other members to do so. I am hoping to get results soon because I will be student teaching after the holidays and need new clothes. I hope to make friends and a support group with this program.:)

Steph you have come to the right place for support, but the first support has to come from yourself. That drive and determination is going to set you apart from others in achieving the goals you have set forth.

Stephotte,

I have found the biggest thing is getting myself to do the first exercise. Once I get started, though, the rest comes pretty easy, and I definitely feel better afterwards, and you will too!

I kept a really close watch on what I ate the first week or so, and now I know where I need the most change I don't keep exact track like I did at first, but I've found it's a great way to be conscious of what I'm eating and also found I have given up unhealthy stuff almost with no effort.
