Hello everyone, I have recently become more active in the gym, (partly due to Military requirements) and want to use my time in the gym to the max. Esentialy, my legs and that area are great, 4 years of track and field, and I run a lot. My upper body and arms are my major areas of concern and hopefully I will be able to find some good ideas here!
