Hiya!
Nice to meet you all. I live in Houston, Tx. I am 27.. and am totally outta shape. I am a video game geek so the idea of going to a gym was terrifying. Managed to go.. and enjoyed myself quite a bit... (even if it hurt and I whimpered later)

I am working towards weight loss. I am not really keen on building a ton of muscle... just want to be able to fit in my own clothes again. I refuse to buy new clothes.. I will fit my old ones! There are alot of the exercises I can't do just yet on my fitness plan. This is because I tore my ACL and several other bits in my knee. I am slowly working some strength back into it. Any words of advice are welcome! :)

Concentrate more on getting your diet punched in for now, and slowly work back into a strength training program. Diet is the #1 pass/fail in fitness and the toughest to master, but once you do it'll pay off in spades!
