I have been here once before, however, I lost my password so I got a new profile and all that. I am wondering why I cannot get the type of workout I need. I did my excercise program and I keep getting abodomenal workout. There isn't really anything wrong with my mid section. It's below that I have the problem. I need a lower body workout that will burn fat. I have a stair stepper and some 2 and 3 lb. free weights. I'd like to work what needs working first and worry about the rest later.
