I am 240 punds at 5"10
I wish to be thinner b4 school starts on August 26th
No access to gym
All I have is hand weights

Hi Ciara and welcome. Check out the free at home exercise program available to you on here for starters. Then do your research, read the thumbtacked posts in the New Members and Beginner's Forums, they are very helpful.

Good luck with your goals, they are attainable if you stick to it. :)

Hi Ciara. Good luck on your goals. Remember, slow and steady is the plan for long term weight loss and health. Try to lose around 1-2 lbs. per week and be sure to take your measurements. They will give you a much clearer idea of your success than the scale. :)
