My name's Steve and I'm new to your community. I'm finding all of the information very helpful. I'm 5'7" 175lbs currently. I'm hoping to lean down and get back the body I had 10 years ago when I was weight training year round. Question about the diet side: I've never been on any particular diet plan and I'm finding it extremely difficult to consume every thing I'm supposed to. I'm doing ok with the Proteins and keeping the Fats under control, but I'm having problems consuming the Carbs that my plan says. I've been managing only around 2500 calories per day and my plan has 3500 set for the goal. I'm just not hungry enough to eat anymore!!!!! Will it be harmful if I'm not able to bring my Carb intake up?

Welcome to FT...I had the same issue with my diet and started following the diet listed under the ab workout routine...Has been working for me because I don't get hungry enough during the day to eat the suggested amount either :o)
Good luck in reaching your goals: smoking habits kicked and "Body of a God <smile>"
Enjoy!

Welcome to FT. You've come to a great site. For your diet plan. I'm in the same boat as to not quite meeting the goals set. However I do my best each day to increase the carb, and calorie intake. For me it is the type of food I am eating that does not contain enough carbs. So check out the list of foods that have higher carb levels etc. This will help. Good luck with your program.

Welcome to FT and the very best of luck on your goals. I wish I could answer your question but there are times myself that have a hard time consuming the amount of food that I am to take in each day. I am told even if you have to force it down then do so because your body has to be fed to maintain your gains.
