Well I have never heard of this site before I stumbled across it today. I really need to loose some weight so thats why I decided to give this a try. I plan to loose over 20 pounds and work very hard to get there. I can't really get to a gym so I plan to go walk/jogging in the early mornings to get a good start. Plus I plan to lift weights and do situps on an incline bench. Every once in a while I'll go out to play tennis with my brother. If anyone has any suggestions on how to stay on track that would be very helpful. I am also going to try to stay on a strick diet so that I can get the best results. Hi there outbound...my best suggestion to stay on track is to keep your goals small...shoot for 5 lbs gone at a time.Start small and add to that every week...most important..have fun...and welcome to FT.:)
