I have decided I am tired of being fat.. I joined this website due to my lack of knowledge. This will be my second attempt of weight elimination. My first attempt I lost 50 lbs on the Atkins diet.. But unfortunately I FOUND those 50lbs plus another 20 lbs.. hence the new plan of weight ELIMINATION.... so that when he weight is gone it will not be found again.

If you read the Aktins book then you should have learned that it is something you have to do for the rest of your life. Take a good look at your life & see what you can change. Some times just changing little things work. Brown bagging it instead of eating out. What execrise can you fit it - the main thing is - can you keep doing it??

Atkins does work but you have to do all 4 phrases & not just the intro(which alot of people think is the whole diet) I do like the lifetime phrase & I like that the book says not everyone has the same numbers

If you don't want to try Aktins again I suggest you look up BBfits diet or the advice - if they didn't have 200 years ago then don't eat it(which takes out process foods & white flour)
