Just saying hi and introducing myself! I really need to get back into shape and I think this site would be terrific in helping me keep track of everything I'm doing.
My goals are:
1. Lose about 10-15lbs
2. Tone and sculpt my body (my posture is horrible)
3. Learn to love to run again
4. Have fun getting back into shape and staying there
