Hello everybody joined 3 weeks ago, used to go to gym back in the day lol, now back again trying to lose weight this time not gain,target set of 34lbs loss in 12 weeks,although already a week behind as overdone one session in 1st week.hope to get in touch with someone with similar target.it will make it more interesting as train on my own.hope to here from yous soon.
