hi my name is sasha i have never been on a diet before. all my life i have been thin until i started taking some medication and it made me gain alot of weight. I just realized I need to lose weight when I took a look at a picture that was taken of me 6 years ago and boy have I changed. So here I am on my first diet. I think I am doing pretty good so far it has only been 4 days since I started so I have a ways to go. Who knows maybe I will make a few friends along the way. So I just want to say gl to all and have a wonderful day.

Well the best diet is to not really diet but change the way you eat. If you just change the way you eat, you will feel like you are getting plenty to eat and will have all the energy you will need to keep up a good workout routine.
