Hi, i'm a long distance runner, 17years old, and looking to burn off some fats to lighten up(and of course to look good). During the off season, i put on quite a lot of weight as i had to concentrate on my studies and did little exercise. i'm looking for something that will help to synergise fat loss together with a good training schedule. Shall i take l carnitine? I am not interested in getting big with muscles. i just want to be very lean and lighter. Can someone please introduce me to some suitable suppliments and what about L-carnitine? will it make me more muscular? i don't want to.
