I have 14 inch biceps.I run 4miles daily.I have a home gym with a weight bar and can do 75lb lifts (preacher curls included)
For the legs I can do flexion, extensions with 150 lbs. I can do shoulder lifts with the same 150 lbs
However my stomach is still a small "beer belly"
No six pack but pits have arrived on the sides of the stomach
I do about 50 situps daily with the hands behind my head on the FIT bench with the head down.
Any suggestions?
What is your diet like? Abs are just as much about the right exercise as they are about the right nutrition. Try performing your carido sessions after lifting weights.
