A rep is like 1 push up.
A set is like 10 or 12 or 20 pushups.
Enter "0" for the weight for push ups.

No , a certain number of reps completes a set. You do a set of 10 push ups. In one set there may be 10, 15, 20 or however many reps. Make sense??
