I just began this work out plan. I am 53 an weigh 136. I know its not too much but, my doctor recommended that I get involved in a work out plan to burn fat and gain muscle. I am lost as to the amount of calories,carbs ect... that I have to intake each day along with my personalised work out plan. Can anyone help me??? I was confused as if there was a diet that ft recommended along with the fitness program. Now I see that what I have to do is follow any healthy diet along with my ft program... makes sence??
