I am a new member. I need to know what kind of nutritional program to follow with my ft daily work out plan. I need to know how many carbs,calories ect... I should intake a day. I am 5'3 and weigh 136 pounds. I want to bufn fat and built muscle. Can someone help me??

How old are you??? Fill in your profile and then ppl can help you more!!! If you are thinking why i haven't filled in my then i answer your question by saying that i have tried loads of times but it just doesn't accept my profile for some reason. I don't use bad words in it or anything like that. There just seems to be a problem!!! You should also train hard and eat right if you want to lose fat and build muscle!!!! Good luck
