I need to know if the arm excersices given to me in my fitness plan make me real muscualar of make them slim and lose the wiggle in the back of my upper arm. I think its like a more weight loss focased program if that helps.
You wont get 'real muscular' from lifting weights unless you are genetically blessed. Women don't have enough testosterone to bulk up like men, unless they are 'supplementing'.
Do the exercises and you will see some firmness and build some functional strength and activate muscle tissue that will eat twice as many calories as the fat that is jiggling around on the back of your arm.
Please read the post abopuut toning, I will bump it to the top of this forum for you, it really explains why you will get your best results from lifting heavier weights.
