Acually could anyone help me figure out a good diet.

Protein - 200 g
Carbohydrates - 400 g
Fats - 57 g
Total Calories - 2832

I am a Kreft Mac And Cheese, Milk, and Peaches kind of guy. And I can eat the same thing each and every day (That is not a problem). I just don't know what to eat. Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks,
Jess

A good diet consists of healthy carbs ( oatmeal, brown rice, fruits, veggies, barley ect..) lean meats (fish, chicken, lean beef, lean pork) and small amounts of fat. Dairy is important, but you need to watch the fat intake with that. Also, drink plenty of water, and don't be afraid to go outside of your usual eating routine. :)
