Hello, it has been a while since I last posted but now my problem is not what should I eat it is now how do I gain the discipline to stay with the diet. I am really having a hard time sticking with it:(. As previously mentioned, I have three little boys the oldest four, three, then five months. I have snacks in the house for the little ones and in my current living situation, I live with my in-laws, they buy snacks too. What do I do??? I need help sticking with my goal to loose weight and to maintain a body builders diet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!:big_smile:

Try keeping a food diary. Start of with your goals, how your diet will help to achieve these. Then detail all your foods/snacks/beveridges every day. May help to discourage you from eating foods that aren't going to help you with your long term aim. And drink plenty of water. Good luck.

The only way I've been able to stave off eating crap is to not have it in the house. Since this is a problem, maybe you can negotiate a single cabinet all to yourself--no one is allowed to put anything tempting in there. That way when you open YOUR cabinet, the Cheetos and Snickers aren't calling you. =) I hope that helps.
