I'm a 5'6",140lbs,37 year old guy.I have skinny legs,skinny arms no butt.I have been working out for a while and I cannot loose the fat around my belly.I would like to build big muscle while I'm loosing the fat.Help me please.:(

Look to your diet. Its probably impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. People argue this here ad nausium. You CAN gain strength and lose fat at the same time. You gotta count the calories, mind your macros and lift heavy.
