You need to look to the good within yourself...Proper nutrition and exercise will help you physically but you need also to love yourself and heal yourself mentally. Do you have friends and/or family you can talk to? Find an activity you enjoy...you must work on your self esteem and get some help. I wish you the best :)

Agreed....seeking professional help at this point is essential to overcome your struggle with bulimia and depression....these are very serious disorders....so don't be afraid to seek out help...some people feel there's some negative stigma attached to that but there isn't....psychologists/psychiatrists are very caring people and will do their best to solve your problems...it could be that just having that person to talk with you and support you that you can overcome your struggles...or perhaps some medications can help also...clinical depression(that which lasts over 2 weeks) is very dangerous( as is bulimia)...so it's vital that you seek help ASAP....
once you overcome those challenges or seek treatment for them .... you can come back to Freetrainers for specific advice on improving your nutrition and starting a new cardiovascular and strength training program....
You can do it! :)
