Now first off we can't email you your goals and achievements...we can email you our goals and achievements but that does you no good. You need to determine what it is you want to accomplish. Put it on paper and put it in several places where you'll see it throughout the day.
There's only 1 way to lose weight and lose it successfully and maintain it...that's a change in lifestyle. Most of the people here did it and you can too. Now by lifestyle I mean food and exercise.
Figure out what your maintenance calories are (by getting a Nutritional Plan from this site). Then take away 200 calories a week till you start seeing results. Do this over 6 mini-meals a day...example: if your maintenance is 2400, then take away 200 the first week, that's 2200 divided by 6 meals so about 366 calories per meal. And eat healthy foods...low fats, low sugars.
Second...get a Fitness Plan from this site. You can customize it to target fat loss and it'll give you a suitable workout. Add in 30-45 min of Cardio 3-4 days a week and you should see results of losing about 2lbs a week...any more then that you're losing muscle (which burns fat also).
