Ok... I Am 15 years old and dont go to the gym but i do exersise
(20 situps, 10 reps on dumbells - both arms, 20 press-ups and 40 leg lifts - everyday)
I've been doin this for arround 2 months now and not realy got much progress. i have a little ab fat and not much arm muscle and you can only just make out my abs if you look carefully.
I need someboddy to tell me (or rederect me)
How often to exersize?
How to exersise?
What to eat?
baring in mind - i want a pretty defined 6 pack in arround 6 months.
Ill do whatever it takes.
Ps - i do structured exersised exersise on a daley basis
pss - i eat 5 fruit and veg every day and have 4 pints of water.
