Hello,
Anyone who can keep me motivated and focus I would really appreciate their critisisms and comments. I love exercise and since I have found this website I am ready to go. I went to my gym today and started the workout I was prescribed. I do have questions. Please HELP

Hey Mike.
I have so many. Is there somewhere on this website that tells us what a serving size is? example. I was going to eat a chef salad and it said one serving was 103 grams, what does 103 grams look like? Thanks for your help

hey toby, look in the nutrition part, it gives you a lot of great info, including a grocery list of healthy things. Also, on the packages of foods, it should say what a serving size is, such as chips, it may say that 1 serving is 1 oz, in parenthesis it says about 15 chips. Sorry about chips being the example, it was just the first thing I pulled out of the cupboard!! Good luck in your search:big_smile:

Hey I have the same problems as you Toby, I still can't believe people consider half a cup of cereal as 1 serving!!! But I gotta learn how to eat right. Anyways good luck on your diet and I hope everthing will work out:cool:
