i am 16 5'8 and weight 115. i eat a lot of rice and meats and very active. i just want to gain muscle mass in my arms and chest but there are so many people arguing i don't know wat to believe. PLEASE HELP!!!

How often do you work out?

You can also bulk up by eatting more. Make sure its clean healthy food though.

Bulking up will also occur with age. I know many young guys like yourself want to bulk up and have troubles doing so, but over the next few years, and especially your early 20's you will also start to notice a difference!
