Hey i've been away for a few weeks training etc...and my shoot is nxt week (come around quick).
Now my question is this...i have searched through numerous threads about consuming calories from protein, carbs and fates in the 40/40/20 ratio, so how do i actually calculate that?
At an end as to how to break it down. So any input would be appreciated.
Take your total caloric intake and figure out your calorie range from there. For example, say you are taking in 2000 cal. per day. Simply take 40% of 2000 calories, which would be both protein and carbs in your case, and this is 800 calories of each.. Then 20% of 2000 would be 400 calories....voila', your fat amount.
So, 200 gr. of protein, 200 gr. of carb, and 44.5 gr. of fat.
