I'm new to this but i'm looking to really tone up. I played sports all through high school and now i'm in my second year of college and let me just say the freshman 15 was true! I'm looking for any help in starting back up and slimming up. Any ideas? Also are there any supplements that would help? I'm 165 lbs and 5'9. I'm mainly just looking to slim down my stomach. Thanks for any help you can give!
