Hey everyone.Im in the military.I want to lose 10 pounds.I do alot of running,2 miles a day,and I Box but I cant Break the 200lbs(71") barrier.Am i doing enough cardio?Is my weight training hurting me?Sould I just stop eating?!!!?!

Up your protien intake and drink alot of water. I did read the other post from Ravenwolf and he was right on.
