What Does The (input weight used) bit mean on the training program??

if you type in the amount of weight you used into the column, the program will keep track for you. along with the number of reps.

I substitute rep in place. That way it shows some type of trend.

so put reps in both boxes?? input reps and input weight used

Yes, I would suggest that for any body weight exercise like hanging leg tucks, crunches etc (unless you add weights).
