i joined on dec 10 and my training program is in week 5. i want to know how to i reset my training program to reflect week 1...i already went to personal info - excerise program but i dont see an option to reset my training week schedule.. does any one out there know how to do this?
I believe that if you go to your exercise program under myFT, the screen comes up to go to your routine, your chart, or change your program. I believe that it is here that you can reset it. Good Luck.
