You have mentioned nothing about your diet or eating habits, to suggest something to you without knowing that would be futile, and im not sure if you are male or female, male im guessing, but who knows... what you are trying to achieve takes time. proper diet along side a workout regiment is the only way to achieve what you are looking for physical wise, you are 16, give it time, stay focused and before you know it you'll have that body you want. The people that try to rush this either get injured and stop or get frustrated from not seeing results in 2 weeks of doing 1000 situps and quit.
