Along with the incline presses try incline flys, Military presses also work. Also sometimes throw in at the end of a workout, Push-ups with your feet on a chair.

good points,

be sure to keep it basic and compound with low - perfect form reps.

I would restart your exercise program here at ft and select gain mass as well as chest as a weak point.

Good Luck

Also include jumping push ups to shock your muscle fibres.
Good old but great exercise......

Yup...inclined flyes will definitely work. Do these FIRST and then do inclined bench presses. Then, do more flyes. That way, you use the pre-fatigue method and actually work that chest!

when you perform the bench presses, are u using a bar or dumbells? if u are using a bar, i know where your problem is. when u use the bar, u put the stress more on the shoulders instead of pecs. try to use dumbells as often as possible. combine the pressing movements with flyes. i will surely put your pecs into blast. and also remember your form.

You could also try this one: Lay on your back on a bench with your head right up to the end. Take a dumbbell (weight will be respective to your ability) and cup it with both hands so that you are basically holding it by one end with your palms facing upwards. Then, while keeping your back flat on the bench at all times, and keeping your arms only slightly bent at the elbows, extend the weight backwards, over your head until your hands become level with the top of your head. Then you will reverse the movement until you are holding the weight above your chest again. When you do this exercise, use slow and methodical repetitions. You could hurt yourself easily otherwise. This exercise will guarantee work of the upper pectoral and the upper portion of the mid pictoral. You will definitely feel the blood rush to your pecs if this is done properly. Try it and see if it works.

Those are called pullovers rpbn.. and good idea.. I have these in my current program and I think their also good for chest expansion.. Usually after I do the ones shown on my workout the middle area of my chest will feel it for the next few days... if your gym has it you could also do machine pullovers.. but if your(alriz) looking to target your upper chest you should poke around the muscle targeting section of FT and look at the exercises listed there for the upper area of your chest..
