That's what I need. I am really trying to follow the program as instructed. My workout started today and I am having trouble finding college food that fulfills my nutrition within the alloted values.
Protein isn't a problem, i have some Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein, and I have cottage cheese, and chicken deli meat so I think that is alright. It's the low amount of fat and carbs that I need help trying to watch.
Thanks a lot for your help. FT has been a great benefit so far as far as knowledge goes, and hopefully it will begin to benefit my body as well.
