help me, in the 12 weeks fitness plan (the one to get abs)
it says;
set 1 2
repetitions 15
input repetitions "nothing"
input weight used "nothing"
so does this mean i have to take eg 15 crunches 2 times that day?
and if do that what do i put in the two blank boxes...?

2 sets means to do it twice (do them back to back or after another excersise), so that comes out to a total of 30 crunches. As for the input weight, enter 0 if you are not using any weight for those crunches.

If it says 15 and you do 15 then put in 15. If you do 1 put in 1. If you do 10 put in ten.
