On chest days, I lift, and when I feel like I probably can't do another rep I stop (I don't have a spotter so I have to be careful). Then continue to lower the weight so I can do the next set's reps. Although I see my strength decreasing, I don't feel the burn. Is this OK, or does it mean my workout isn't intense enough?
