I've been working out with dumbells and using weighted resistance bands and have really toned my arms and shoulders. However, all of my fat on my arms is now by the armpit on the inner side. I can grab onto it and it's so disgusting! What kind of exercises can I do to tone that area of the arm up and get rid of it?

Eat right and keep training. It will come off eventually, we all have problem areas that are often the last to respond.
A total body routine is important and will help shed fat faster than just 'spot' toning or reducing, which actaully doesn't really work. Working legs will burn hella calories and help your whole body shape up - including that aggravating armpit area!
