Take in as much protein as you can. Eggs, Nuts, and MEAT and some more MEAT.

Consume more calories, with most coming from carbs, maybe say 60-65%, and the rest from protein and fats. Remember about 70% of your muscle is water and about 22% from protein. Also, don't worry because you still haven't hit your growth spurt.

First of all I would stay away from the weight gainers they are mostly sugar & will destroy energy levels. Just stick with whole clean foods & try to eat as often as possible (about every 2-3 hours). That being said your training & dietary goals should differ depending on what position you are going to play so alittle more info is needed before more detailed help can be given.

Sorry, didn't previously notice the "DE" at the end of the question. Primarily your goals should be on promoting lean muscle gains while optimizing explosive strength. try using fairly heavy weight & about 10 reps per set with the emphisis on being explosive as possible. Personally I would reccomend squats & deads for legs along with heavy calf work, & for upper body focus on incline presses, heavy rowing, military press, and pullups or pulldowns. If pullups are easy for you then use a dip belt to add weight so that you can only perform 10 reps. Also be sure to perform some high intensity cardiovascular activities & agility drills but make sure they are spaced apart from your weight training. Hope this helps.

Cool, I played all 4 years as DE bro...
Look, you have to find a balance between power, strength, and speed. Remember the DE's role--contain. You'll need endurance to make it through without huffing. When you come off the line, you gotta pop the end or whoever the line up on you, and get ready for a blocking back or pulled guard or tackle.
I was 6'4, 185 playing your position. Bones. To be effective in DE position, you need speed, some burst power, and moderate strength to ward off blockers. Get your protein and get jiggy widdit :D There's not one program on this site or anywhere else that can replace determination to make a tackle and/or contain action between you and the center. Good luck.
