Help how can I eat enough?

I have been logging in my foods and keep track and trying to eat what the nutrition plan is for me. I don't know how I can do this. According to the plan I need to eat over 2500 calories a day. I need 188 g of protein, 376 g carbs and 31 g of fat. So far today I have eaten 528 cal., 33 g protein, 51 g carbs, and 24 g of fat.

What have I had? I have eaten 5-6 almonds, an orange, a grapefruit, a hamburger patty-no bun with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese on it. That is it and I can only have 6 more grams of fat for the day? Do you have any suggestion on how I can eat so many calories meet the protein and carb requirement and not go over the fat intake.

I'm lost on how to do this.

Start eating more protien and good carbs. Email me here if you need some ideas, and or do a search in the boards.
