i only weight 120 and i am 5'1 but i want my stomach flat!!! i want to be able to wear cute tight shirts. i want guys to notice me. please help? what should i eat what should i do (excersice wise)

Use the fitness and nutritional plans here at FT. Also, add the 12 week ab program to it. Make sure you do cardio 3-5x per week for at least 30 minutes/day as well as the workout plan. You'll start to see results after about 4 weeks, so if this isn't for you, try liposuction.

yeah i am doing the 12 week ab program, squats, and calf raises this is the 2nd week and i have lost 4-5 pounds but right above my belly button it is still fat. what can i do to target that area. and thanks for ur help!!! please right back:)

You cannot spot reduce. That area will shrink in size as your overall bodyfat decreases. Follow the advice you have been given above and follow a good sound diet. Stay away from the junk food for awhile. Be consistent and patient and you will be turning heads soon enough.
