OKAY, THIS ALWAYS SEEM TO HAPPEN TO ME. JUST WHEN I GET IN A GOOD GROVE AND GET SEVERAL MONTHS UNDER MY BELT, AND START TO SEE SOME GOOD RESULTS I RUN OUT OF STEAM. THIS TIME IT WAS THE KIDS AND GETTING STUFF DONE AROUND THE HOUSE FOR THE SUMMER. NOW IT'S ONLY BEEN ABOUT 3 WEEKS BUT IT FEELS MUCH LONGER TO MY BODY. I'M JUST LOOKING FOR SOME MODIVATION TO GET BACK IN THE GROVE. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE SOFT ON ME........................

Get off your Ass and into the Gym Flabby...Drop down and gimme 50..You lazy, Worthless Sack of....ok, ok, I'm not a drill Sargeant, I've been where you are before, and you need to do something to find that motivation, Grab a Ftiness magazine, or re-evaluate your goals. The next time you have an hour, grab your gym bag and Get to the Gym...When you aren't feeling motivated I find the hardest part is getting there. once your there its all good...So just don't think about it, grab your stuff and go! Don't allow yourself to make excuses, get your gym Stuff all packed, and ready to do, so the second you have some free time, grab it and run!

Good luck man, but don't allow yourself to ruin all the hard work and progress you have made in the last 3 months. Make it a routine, and a life Change, and you will hit all your Goals

My advice to you is to come to this site everday and do sort of a pre-workout preperation. Look at your schedule for the day and think about it in your mind. When I am feeling lazy, I come of this site and read a couple posts, which normally gets me right back into it.

I think you will find people here are very willing to help motivate you if you want it.

I will tell you this. My last workout was in March. Stopped training because of surgery, and was able to go back to train 4 weeks later. Here I am only getting back today. My point to you is..the longer you wait, the harder it will be to go back.
Don't let other chores get in the way.
See you at the gym!

I agree with speeder. Having everything ready really helps because sometines when I'm not motivated I just get in my car and head to the gym...(my bag is in my car):) And once I'm there...there's no turning back. Another thing i do is take a picture of someone with the body that I want and I put it visibly in my car, and on the back of my remote. It really helps me when I'm flicking through the channels and I could be working out.
Hope this helps...
