Hey, I'm 5'9 190lbs( my goal is 150-160). I'm starting to workout 3-4 times a week in order to lose an extra 30-40 pounds and drop some inches and dress sizes in time for the summer heat. I have a bit of knowledge in this area due to my plans to become a physiotherapist and was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions? My plan so far is 30 min of cardio Mon and Thrus mornings, as well as cardio and wieghts Wed & Fri or Sun. I also do pilates on tues. nights. Do you think this is a good plan? My main problem area is bulk around the middle, large lovehandles:laugh: I also follow a balanced diet does anyone have any suggestions for quicker result. Thanks
