i dont know what im doing wrong i eat 2 meals a day and i drink plenty of fluids i get plenty of excersise cause i run after my 4 children all under the age of 10 i breast feed and i want to lose 75 lbs by thanksgiving and i dont know where to start my weight right now is 250 i need help.
By eating 2 meals a day you are actually slowing down your metabolic rate. In order to lose weight you need to speed it up so eat less per meal but more meals per day(4-5 small meals) so your body doesn't store fat. Also running after kids isn't enough if you want to lose 75 pounds I suggest more cardio (jogging is the best) and possibly join a gym or get a personal trainer.
