Well first we need more info: How much do you need to lose? Have you lost it then regained it? Have you logged your calorie intake? Do you know your ratios of carb/fat/protein? Do you eat sugar junk food? How many times a day are you eating? Are you working out? What does it include? Losing weight isn't as simple as taking some pills. Its changing your eating habits for a lifetime. Andfinally what is an "adverse" system?

It all goes together in a big symphony jon, if the violins play Strauss but the piano player swears to Rachmanikov; it will never work!! You can keep on paying lots of money to buy those pills, but if you don't change anything next to it... It's all about diet, what do you eat, how much etc and of course being active.... As ltroisi says, it's a life style change. Do it and you'll be extremely happy.

well, if you are on an exercise plan, make sure it is contains high repetition routines. always remember to consume high protein low carbs diet. always remember to avoid fatty foods. and most important of all, increase your metabolism by eating 6 meals and above everyday containing small portion of your daily nutrients. time yourself. dont lost too much weight per week, 2 lbs per week is just allright. good luck..:)
