I really am commited to losing wait but i have heard so much about how to eat what to eat and when to work out that honestly im confused. I need some help with just the basics what should i stay away from and and what should i stick to that will work. thanks any help would be appreciated immensly :D

What I'll suggest you is to take a look around in the forums, read and learn. Do a search if you need something specific. Lots of great info out there!!
