Post a little more detail about your nutritional breakdown and your workout or otherwise it'll be a lot of guessing. Clean calories can be interpreted a couple of ways and there's several things that could be causing you to get dizzy, carb depletion being one of those.
Hi here is my breakdown for today wensday 1951 kcal 228 g protein 163 g carbohydrates and 43 gfat I am working to get my carbs up its hard for me to consume even the amount of calories listed here but im working on it any help would be appreciated Tina
Congrats on the achievments you have already made your profile is impressive. You will require more total cals as you increase your muscle mass. Looking at your break down your carbs are low, your fat might be a little high but I am envious of your protein intake I have trouble reaching that continually without using sups. Try increasing your carbs gradually until the weekness and dizzyness is gone if it persist I would consult a Doctor as there may be another cause. Best of luck
