help in losing weight

Hi everybody,
I'm interested in losing weight. I weigh 144 pounds and am 5 foot 4''. I have access only to treadmill and crosstrainer. Can somebody suggest a good exercise plan for me and a diet plan too.

Take a look around in the forum.
What about doing one of FT's home work outs? And may I suggest to do HIIT on the cardio machines.... (do a search :) ).

FT is Free Trainer, as in www.freetrainers.com.
HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training.

Go to the bottom of this page where it says, "Type your Question here : " and type in "HIIT". Then hit the Search fitBuddy button.
