Hello, I'm 15 and I need help putting together a weight training program. My problem is I have limited resources available right now, I have a bench, a few barbells, and only one pair of dumbells.
I would like to gain some bodymass and lose some weight, I'm 6'3" and weigh 220 and I would like to turn my fat into muscle. Whenever I go to create an excersize program on this site a lot of excersizes containing dumbells are used and I don't have many dumbells to use right now.
I am looking for suggestions on what to do while waiting for a new dumbell set that I'll hopefully talk my parents into buying me.
Thanks.

Several people posted in the last week or so about using your own body weight to work out. There were several exercises suggested. Look through some posts and in the meantime I'll try to find them also.

Here is the link: http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/Message.jsp?f_ix=1&t_ix=1329
It is in the Intermediate Board under using body weight as resistance posted by london. Hope that helps.
