My parents wont let me take any supplements. I only weigh 125.

Hi bob...you don't need any supplements...you'll do fine...just eat more(healthy food)and you can do alot with just a barbell(but you'll want to work the whole body)...read through the forums...especially the stickies...and the FAQ forum..good info for you..good luck to you
